This document is a public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) of the Work OFF platform (hereinafter — the “Platform”) to any individual (hereinafter — the “User”) to conclude an agreement on the use of the Platform’s services under the terms set out below.
By registering, logging in, or using the Platform (viewing tasks, completing tasks, requesting withdrawals, using referral links), the User accepts this Offer in full and agrees to the Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the Platform.
The Platform provides a service for connecting Users (performers) with advertisers’ tasks. The User performs tasks according to the instructions, submits proof of completion, and receives rewards after moderation. The Platform may charge a commission or apply limits as stated in the interface and current terms.
The User provides accurate data during registration and is responsible for keeping login details secure. One person — one account. If you violate our platform rules, your account may be frozen without the ability to unfreeze or withdraw funds.
Tasks, rewards, and requirements are defined by the advertiser and the Platform. Moderation is carried out by the Platform or the advertiser. Approved rewards are credited to the User’s balance. Withdrawals are processed according to the current methods, limits, and schedule.
If the User participates in the referral program, they agree to the separate terms of that program. Rewards from referrals are paid in accordance with the rules in effect at the time of the referral’s actions.
The Platform is provided “as is”. The Platform is not liable for the actions of advertisers, third-party sites, or for indirect losses. The User uses the service at their own risk within the limits permitted by applicable law.
The Platform may change the Offer, fees, and rules by publishing the new version on the site. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a User's account and access to the Services without prior notice if the User engages in any of the following activities: fraudulent or illegal conduct; use of multiple or mass-registered accounts to manipulate, evade limits, or abuse promotions; sharing, proxying, or concealing IP addresses (including use of VPNs, proxies, or other anonymizing services) to circumvent geographic, security, or eligibility restrictions; coordinated or automated activity (bots, scripts, or other non-human interaction) that interferes with normal platform operation; attempts to compromise platform security or access other users' accounts or data; suspicious or anomalous payment, withdrawal, or transaction patterns indicative of money laundering, chargeback abuse, or fraud; abuse, harassment, or other conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law; or any other activity the Company reasonably suspects harms the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the Services. The Company may take any corrective measures it deems appropriate, including withholding funds, requiring identity verification, reporting to authorities, and pursuing legal remedies.
